I enjoyed the food there and went back several times. I first discovered Crepes & Waffles in Cartagena way back in late 2006 during my first trip to Colombia. In addition, the company is known for primarily hiring women who are the head of a household. Since that time, the company has grown to over 100 restaurants in several cities in Colombia and a total of over 120 restaurants in six countries.
